The Birth Certificate Number

There are two birth certificates, but there is only one birth certificate number. This number is also called "File Number". This number is something like "142-67-123456" or "123456-67" and is usually in the upper right hand corner of the Birth Certificate. The goal of searching is to match these numbers. I need this number.
